The new facility has 37,000 m² of production space, complemented by 6,500 m² of semi-covered area, 2,000 m² of dormitories, and 2,000 m² of offices. It was designed to manufacture ventilated components primarily for commercial and industrial refrigeration, in addition to other ventilated products. Due to its large size, the site has the capacity to accommodate future expansions for a broader range of LU-VE Group products.

Currently, production covers the entire indoor product range of LU-VE Exchangers and Alfa LU-VE, while the production of static components has been discontinued. Additionally, the plant’s product range is being expanded with the start-up of the production of condensers, liquid coolers and gas coolers for outdoor applications.
